Hope Rises When Faith Comes ( A poem made by Angelo Lorenzo dedicated to the victims of the flood)

Hope Rises When Faith Comes
(A poem made by Angelo Lorenzo dedicated to the victims of the flood)

When rain pours, when houses are crashed,
When hopes are lost, when lives are snatched,
Hand in hand we must stand,
In unity for our land.

Hopes may fade, but let us kindle our flaming faith,
For the Lord saith,
He shall never leave us nor forsake us.
To Him, our faiths we trust.

In darkness or in light,
When all things are blinded in our sight,
Courage is what’s left,
For us to be brave with might.

Storms may come and destroy us all,
Lightning may strike for us to fall.
Yet we must remember that all things are temporary,
And we must stand firm like trees so tall.

Share the sympathy and spread the love,
We must not lose our faith in God above.
The purpose of His trials are yet to be known,
There will come a time when it will be shown.

Houses may shatter, roads may be covered,
Blood may be spilled, and darkness may hover.
We must not lose sight on what’s important,
For the love of God binds us and makes us triumphant.

For the moment, prayer is our strongest weapon,
For God is our provider, redeemer, and strength.
His love for us is immeasurable in terms of width and length,
Trust in Him from the very beginning to the end.

I do believe that after every storm,
Comes a rainbow with colors of joy.
And as a free dove hums,
Hope rises when faith comes.
